DO I NEED TO READ ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
We would never advise against reading the full terms and conditions as they are there to protect both the customer and the brand. The ts&cs let you know what you can and cannot do and will prevent any disappointment during the process.

WHAT IS THE FULL DESIGN PROCESS?
STEP 1: PLACE YOUR ORDER.
Contact us via our website/instagram DM/e-mail with your enquiry. Tell us a bit about your project and what service(s) you require.
STEP 2: CONSULTATION AND DEPOSIT.
We will then schedule a consultation (phone-consultations are preferred) where I will ask you to tell me about the project in depth. We will ask questions if we feel we need more information. If you need help preparing for your consultation please visit the 'Consultations page' for guidance.
Once the consultation is finished we will provide you with your quote. If you wish to proceed you will pay your 50% deposit at that point.
STEP 3: DRAFT STAGE AND AMENDMENTS.
We will begin to work on your project and you will be shown your drafts. From there, we can make as many adjustments as is required (as long as they are within the design brief)
STEP 4: PAY BALANCE AND COMPLETE.
Once you are happy with your design, you will pay the outstanding balance and you will receive your project files/have your website transferred to you.
I LEFT SOMETHING OUT DURING MY CONSULTATION AND I'VE ALREADY PAID MY DEPOSIT, CAN I ADD IT ON?
Yes - although you will need to cover the cost of the feature you want to add to your project.

THE PERSON THAT RECOMMENDED ME WAS CHARGED A DIFFERENT PRICE. HOW COME?
Every piece of work that we produce is unique and requires a different level of skill/time. Because of this we charge for our services based on the project.
However, please note we have a referral scheme that will allow you to generate design credit and discounts and save you some money!
I WANT TO PURCHASE MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAN YOU DO A DEAL FOR ME?
We do give multi-buy discounts from time to time but we are under no obligation to do so.
HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?
Every piece of work that we produce is unique and requires a different level of skill/time. Because of this your timescale will be determined at the consultation stage.
DO I REALLY GET UNLIMITED AMENDMENTS?
Yes - we understand that 3 tries doesn't work for everyone. So we will work with you until you are happy!
Once you are happy and you have paid off your outstanding balance, any further amendments will be chargeable.
HOW MUCH WILL MY PROJECT COST?
Every piece of work that we produce is unique and requires a different level of skill/time. Because of this we charge for our services based on the project. Your price will be determined at the consultation stage.
However, we have a standard price list on our instagram that outlines base prices so you can get an understanding of how much you may be spending.
HOW MUCH WILL MY DEPOSIT BE AND WHY DO YOU NEED TO TAKE A DEPOSIT?
Your deposit will be 50% of your total quote. (e.g £100/2 = £50 Deposit)
All deposits are non-negotiable/non-refundable.
The purpose of the deposit is to secure your order, confirm the price you pay and prevent time-wasting.
DO YOU DO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES?
Designed ByJujubeng does not offer refunds except in the unlikely situation where we can not fulfil your order.
Designed ByJujubeng does not offer exchanges.
The deposit paid is for that specific project and cannot be transferred to another project.
