SESSION 0: Pre-coaching call

We’ll go through all the need-to-know information about the course and the coaching process. I’ll understand what you expect from me as a coach, and you will find out how you can be the best Coachee! SESSION 2: Audience and Verbal Identity

Your verbal identity is the language used to communicate your company’s message and values to its target audience. During this session, we will conduct an in-depth analysis of your target audience to develop an understanding of their needs, preferences, and behaviour. We will explore their decision-making process, identify key motivators, and analyse how your brand can effectively communicate with them to drive business success.

SESSION 3: Visual Identity

In this session we will explore the elements of your brand that your audience see! We will be developing a recognisable, memorable, and distinct image that sets your brand apart from its competitors. Your visual identity includes elements such as logos, colours, fonts, images, and other visual elements that all work together to create a unique look for your brand.

SESSION 4: Customer Experience (CX) Part 1: Systems

Customer experience (CX) is all about the interactions that a consumer has with a brand and the emotions, feelings, and perceptions that those interactions create. From their initial contact with the company to their purchase and post-purchase experiences. We will be creating systems and a CX plan which will outline the strategies and tactics required to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

SESSION 5: Customer Experience (CX) Part 2: Touchpoints

In session five we will continue to develop your CX plan, focusing on the touchpoints that will allow you to create a seamless and memorable experience that ensures customers will keep coming back for more. We will be exploring different ways of measuring the effectiveness of your CX plan and how to continuously improve it over time.

SESSION 6: Strengthening your brand, Conclusion & Support

This will be our time to tie up any loose ends and answer any lingering questions that you might have! One of the keys to success in building and maintaining a strong brand is the ability to track your progress and make adjustments as needed. By staying on top of your brand's performance and making informed decisions about how to improve it over time, you'll be well on your way to achieving your goals and building a lasting brand that truly resonates with your target audience.
