BOOKING POLICY

The following policy applies to all bookings made with Designed By Jujubeng.

BOOKING POLICY

If your booking is FREE, no fees apply for cancellations or rescheduling within the specified timeframe.

For paid bookings, if you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment without adequate notice, you will still be charged.

FEES:

If rescheduling or cancellation is necessary, we require that you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:

Scheduling: Bookings are scheduled based on availability. Please book in advance to secure your preferred date and time. 

Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed via email once we receive your request. 

BOOKING:

Any booking fees paid are non-refundable.

REFUNDS:

Grace Period:

We understand unforeseen delays. If you are running late, please notify us via email: bookings@designedbyjujubeng.co.uk or phone: 07770648827. We will wait for up to 5 minutes from the scheduled start time. After 5 minutes, if you have not arrived, this will be classified as a no-show and your booking will be cancelled.

Shortened Consultation: 

If you arrive late, your booking may need to be shortened to accommodate subsequent bookings. 

LATE ARRIVALS:

By booking a consultation with Designed By Jujubeng, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
